Chairperson of Telangana Congress Campaign Committee Vijayashanthi mocked the results of exit polls on Monday after they were announced by several National Media organisations.
She told that the results of exit polls seemed to be made for satisfying Prime Minister Narendra Modi and also reacted on the issue through her social media handle.
The actor-turned leader told that the exit polls of Sunday tried creating more sweep for Narendra Modi that was not even there in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. Vijayashanthi also alleged that the media is trying to create an image against the ground reality.
Vijayashanthi also stated that the same exit polls gave smaller number of seats for the Bharatiya Janata Party and also wondered as to how the MP seats of the party would be reduced in Uttar Pradesh if there was a Narendra Modi wave.
Vijayashanthi also told that she is ready to consider the results of exit polls as near to reality if the Bharatiya Janata Party wins the majority number of seats in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan. Vijayashanthi also made it clear that the Bharatiya Janata Party could not cross 360-mark unless it secures more seats in congress-ruled States.
