Thai fried Mushroom recipe

Button Mushroom- 6 cup
Salt- half teaspoon
Corn Flour- half teaspoon
Refined oil- 1 cup
Sesame seeds- 2 teaspoon
All Purpose Flour- 2 1/2 cup
White Pepper powder- 2teaspoons


Wash the mushrooms underwater for beginning with and set them inside.

Take a deep bowl and add all-purpose flour, followed by salt, cornflour, white pepper and sesame seeds. Mix using water until you achieve a thick consistency.

Place a deep-bottomed pan on medium flame adding one cup of refined oil to it. Dip the button mushrooms in the mixture and transfer them directly in the pan.

Go ahead and deep fry the mushrooms for achieving a golden colour and crispy texture. Serve it hot with the tip of your taste.
