National president of Bharatiya Janata Party Amit Shah indicated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to contest the upcoming Lok Sabha elections from Uttar Pradesh, calling upon party cadres of the state for going to every village to convey Narendra Modi’s message.
Amit Shah addressed workers on Saturday in Lucknow saying that after Narendra Modi becomes Prime Minister once again from Uttar Pradesh, he is going to take Uttar Pradesh forward at an accelerated speed. It is known that Narendra Modi had contested the 2014 elections from Vadodara in Gujarat and Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh.
Narendra Modi let go the Vadodara seat after he won both. Amit Shah did not, however, clarify whether Narendra Modi is going to contest for Varanasi seat this time also.
