MALALA YOUSAFAZAI’S ‘WE ARE DISPLACED’ TO HIT THE STANDS TOMORROW

Pakistani activist and Nobel Peace prize winner Malala Yousafzai is coming up with a new book, charting her experiences visiting refugee camps and travelling the world. The book, titled ‘We are displaced’ is going to hit the stands on Wednesday in India.

Publishers Hachette India and Weidenfeld and Nicolson told in a press communique that the travels of Malala Yousafzai through the refugee camps influenced her for reconsidering her own displacement initially as an internally displaced young child in Pakistan and later as an international activist who had the ability to travel to any place in the world except to the home she loved.

Along with eight pages of colour inserts, the 244 page book is priced at Rs 399.
