Jagan invites KCR to his swearing-in ceremony, both discuss various issues

Chief Minister of Telangana Kalvakuntla Chandrashekhar Rao made it clear that Telangana government’s policy is maintaining cordial relations with neighbouring states and that the same would be followed in the case of Andhra Pradesh too.

CM KCR told that if only the River Krishna and River Godavari waters are effectively used, then both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh would prosper in every respect. Chief of YSR Congress Party and new Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jagan Mohan Reddy called on Chief Minister KCR along with his wife on Saturday evening at Pragathi Bhavan after winning the recent Assembly elections and being elected as YSR Congress party legislature party leader.

Interesting discussions took place between the two on this occasion as the Chief Minister of Telangana extended a friendly hand to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy saying that friendly ties would be established with the sister state. The Chief Minister of Telangana accorded a warm welcome to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and warmly hugged him. CM KCR also felicitated Jagan Mohan Reddy with an ikkat shawl and also presented him with the silver filigree made memento.

KCR also blessed YS Jagan Mohan Reddy that he should be successful in discharging his duties as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and shared his happiness by offering sweets to Jagan Mohan Reddy.

KCR also introduced Jagan to his cabinet colleagues and his family, the chief Minister’s wife Shobha Rani and TRS working president KTR’s wife Shailima and also welcomed YS Bharathi Jagan.

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy extended his personal invitation to Chief Minister KCR for attending his oath-taking ceremony in Vijayawada on 30th of this month.
