Chief of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen party Asaduddin Owaisi told that the Muslims are free to follow their faith and to visit mosques and need not be worried about the return of Bharatiya Janata Party to power since the constitution guarantees freedom of religion to each and every citizen of the country.
Asaduddin Owaisi told that if Modi can visit temples, go and sit in a cave, then we can visit our mosques and also proudly say our prayers. Owaisi also told that securing 300 + seats is not a huge feat since India has a living constitution and that the 300 Bharatiya Janata Party seats cannot take away the rights of Muslims away from them.
Asaduddin Owaisi, who was selected for the fourth consecutive term from Hyderabad was speaking on the sidelines of Jalse-e-Youm-ul-Quran on the occasion of last Friday of Ramzan at Mecca Masjid in Hyderabad. He also told that he promises to fight for India and appeals to the dalits to also come together.
Asaduddin Owaisi, meanwhile, played the role of a traffic cop on friday evening directing traffic at Fatehdarwaza old City. Asaduddin Owaisi was passing through the road he noticed huge traffic jam in the area and got down from his car directly beginning to clear the traffic on the road. A video of this incident surfaced online and quickly became viral on the social media.
