Dahi ki kadhi is one of the most relished North Indian delicacies. We can enjoy the flavours of this recipe even during festivals like Diwali and Dussehra. The main ingredients of this dish are wheat flour and yoghurt that are very healthy and need to be added to our daily balanced diet.

Ingredients required:
Yoghurt: 2 cup
Turmeric: 1/4 tablespoon
Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
Gram flour: 1 cup
Red chilli: 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves: 5
Ginger: 1 inch
Asafoetida: 1 pinch
Green chilli: 2
Mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: half teaspoon
Salt: as per taste

Preparation method:
For making this delicious dish, add gram flour, turmeric, red chilli powder and yoghurt into a bowl and mix them well. Add enough amount of water to the mixture.

Place a pan over medium flame and add the basin mixture into it. Keep stirring it for a while until it comes to a boil. Once the mixture starts boiling add salt and green chilli.

After boiling it for 20 minutes, heat oil in a nonstick Pan for tempering and add curry leaves, green chilli, cumin seeds, dry red chilli, mustard seeds, ginger and saute the tempering until they splutter.

Pour the tempering over the pan and transfer it into a serving bowl and serve it hot after garnishing with coriander leaves.
