Watermelon slices- 15
Lemon juice- 1 1/2 tablespoon
Mint leaves- 2 tablespoon
Honey- 1 1/2 tablespoon
Maple syrup- 1/2 tablespoon
Salt- as per taste
Coriander leaves- 5
Take a blender jar and add the sliced watermelon along with mint leaves, lemon juice, maple syrup and blend them all in the blender jar on high speed for a few seconds until you achieve a liquid of thick consistency.
Take this liquid into a large serving bowl and place it in a refrigerator for sometime before serving. Your delicious continental watermelon soup is ready.
