Ap Special Status; Rahul hits hard at Modi

AICC President Rahul Gandhi visited and addressed the Congress Bharosa Bus Yatra at the temple town of Tirupati. Rahul spoke about the joint resolution taken by all parties in the Parliament for giving special status to Andhra Pradesh. Ex-PM Manmohan Singh made a commitment to give the special status on AP.

When a prime minister gave a promise, it means every Indian has given that assurance. Rahul asked the Modi government why it ignored such an important promise. He affirmed that nobody can stop this to AP after the Congress party comes to power in 2019 election.

Rahul hit hard at PM Modi saying that he made many commitments to AP from his Tirupati public meeting at the time of 2014 general election. Modi guaranteed special status, jobs and prices to farmers but he did not fulfil any of them. Rahul ensured the AP people that this time they would surely get the status and their dreams would be achieved.
